I appreciate your effort in this matter.  

I don't have a price in mind.   I believe we usually provide a pizza, or something for several hundred $$$.   I like the option of a different meal.  

I think some various price differences would allow the board to pick what we want to spend.  

I can provide Willwood the tax free certificate.  

Also need to know the cost of drinks or if included.  If it is an added cost?

Are we providing various options for pre clean up snack before starting???

Water, hot coffee, milk, juice some snack type granola bars?????

I'm not sure that estimating 60 in attendance at the lunch isn't an overreach. Wondering if it wouldn't be more like 30. Unfortunately, it's really hard to know. 

If you all can let me know what a rough cap should be on the $ cost of lunch, I'm happy to work to that number.
