Here are some alternatives to the taco bar

1. Pizza at the Pergola lawn from Hunt Bros up the road @ ~3/pp no drink included (requires pick up but close by)
2. Box lunch or BBQ sandwich lunch w drinks on the South Deck from WRM @ $15/pp plus 20% service fee
3. Box lunch from Miss Sallie's for $15 with a 20% delivery fee (or someone can pick up)
4. Discounted taco bar with drinks on the South Deck from WRM @$20/pp plus 20% service fee

John and Natasha are donating coffee service out of WRM for the early morning.

Let me know how you all would like to proceed, happy to adjust or go with something else you all come up with!

PS - MARC we still need direction on the Annual Meeting in your absence. See my earlier email, the concern is around electing officers in your absence, doesn't seem like the best idea. Can we put this off until December?
