I chose the taco bar because I'd heard such good things about it, but admittedly did not know the cost when I chose it. I will ask the chef about doing a box lunch for us to see what the cost would be. Alternatively, we could just order pizza.

I'm not sure that estimating 60 in attendance at the lunch isn't an overreach. Wondering if it wouldn't be more like 30. Unfortunately, it's really hard to know. 

If you all can let me know what a rough cap should be on the $ cost of lunch, I'm happy to work to that number.
